For many weeks, I have not been able to purchase tickets despite being a gold member. Original: If going for a drink, the employees are good people. This company and location does not provide solutions if it inconveniences them. Since visiting their competitors, I have, without asking, been the recipient of stories of many similar bad experiences from other former iPic customers.Previous Update: Further communications have shown that there is no interest in keeping a loyal long-term customer.

I have been only professional while various reps for their company have been dismissive and rude.With the better service and more reasonable pricing in the movie theatre industry currently, iPic has become a dinosaur stuck in the prison of their own ego.

They did stop the renewal from processing along with a message indicating that they are happy that I am no longer willing to do business with them despite my years of loyalty from the beginning and their many mistakes (continue reading for the previous update for more information). Update: They had the unethical sense to try to charge me a renewal after being owed $32 (still has not been refunded) and the additional horrible (and often lack of) customer service received. Plus, the prices are lower, food is good, friendly staff. Too bad, but we will start going to AMC more often. And we have been coming here since they opened and were part of their grand opening. Unfortunately, this place has really gone downhill. They dont mind that they are interrupting your movie just so they can get the check paid. Food comes cold, takes forever to get a refill or an item they forgot the first time, but yet, they are right there to make sure they get their tip. Service is not.what it used to be either. Two managers from the South Barrington location, one is Brittany, have promised to contact me and look into what is going on with my points, but both have blown me off. I have an upgraded account, but will not be renewing. Thank you Michelle and Nelson!!! So, I want to give a shout out to Nelson, who made our IPIC experience today a pleasure! He was attentive and had a great personality. I cant remember the last time we had such a great server here. Furthermore, we had an excellent Server today, Nelson. I believe she cares and wants to resolve the issues. Well, she did that today, so THANK YOU MICHELLE! But, more than that, she actually listened, was very apologetic, and told me she will follow up with IT regarding my points, etc. Michelle felt badly about what has happened and wanted to make things right. Previously, I mentioned all the issues I have had, but today, I spoke with Michelle, a different Manager at this location. I am giving it a 5 star based on my experience just today. (1/3/20) I would like to amend my previous review where I gave IPIC a one star.
